[R&F] Cannot choose 1st governor

Hi all, not had this before...but I am using a combo of some new mods this game. Basically stuck at turn end as nothing happens when I press to choose governor at bottom right or even with the governor button on menu. Anyone had this before?

Just off-hand, I'd say this may be an issue caused by RwF, Quo's or both. Do any errors show up in your logs?

Thx, any idea which log might show me something? lol Been playing vic since the original and first time i need to check a log Gonna strip all mods and do one at a time until it breaks...alas my nice start as india is gone tho as I think removing any will break that save.

OK, good guess...RWF is the issue, updating to latest version and seeing, but found a few posts on the RWF site that others have issue too..thx Laurana
