Btw, have you ever seen this strange video effect? Only in strategic view, and there only in the upper 12 rows of hexes. Does not seem to disturb any functionalities so far...

If I only knew what that means... Anyway, I reloaded a random save and now it is different: Only the workable tiles around Babylon and 4 hexes inside an allied CS show the effect.
