Now that I can build the beacon, when I click on the wonder to build it in a city (any city), the city interface bugs out and shows a bunch of empty citizen tiles. To see what I mean, look at the attached screenshots showing what I see before I click to build the beacon and after. Clicking on the beacon does not actually build it, it just does the weird empty citizen tiles thing and ignores the command otherwise.
