Cant Download Stuff Off the Site Error in Link 3/2/07

When I Click Download File It goes to a white page that has letters on the top left corner that says-Error Link-Is this just on my computer or is it happening to all of us today, if it is happening to all of us could the Admins plz fix!

the site got hacked tonight - most files have by now been restored - but all those that are younger than 7/23/07 have been lost and need to be reuploaded - which may take a while, some will remain lost
