Can't find my Engineer

I'm still trying to adjust to the Civ V interface. I had a great engineer, and can't find him. What screens can I pull up to help me find him?

I'm still trying to adjust to the Civ V interface. I had a great engineer, and can't find him. What screens can I pull up to help me find him?

Open the info panel in the top left corner and click the shield icon. You will get a list of units. Scroll up and down until you find him. Great people seem to be always near the bottom of the list for me. Click once to select him or double click to zoom to his location

yes, that is a huge annoyance. why can't you do that exact same thing from the f3 menu?

cool, thanks. I miss everything that I had memorized (mostly the F# keys). They really dropped the ball on that.
