cant found corporation

hey, I have city size 60 with modern offices, skyscraper built, and all needed resources for mining inc - copper, iron, silver, gold, lead (ofc railroad and corporation researched), although I cant found corporation with great engineer. I was reading it can be because of mercantilism, but I changed to free market and stil nothing. What can be reason?

Has the corp. already been founded by another civ? Corporations are similar to religions or world wonders there can only be one of each in the game. Check the corp. screen (SHIFT-F7) for details.

it hasnt been I have researched modern lifestyle just now, best AI is researching classical lifestyle. I am really wondering what can be reason.

Sounds like you're using mods, so I imagine that the required techs for founding Mining Inc got changed. The tech level of AIs shouldn't matter as far as founding a corp yourself goes.

already got answer from someone option "realistic corporations" turned on prevents from founding corporation, it appears randomly. Tech req for mining inc. is railroad there and yeah its mod called caveman 2 cosmos, great one
