Steam version doesn't start after new install.
In log file
[12246.936] ERR: InitWinApp() failed, exiting
[12246.936] ERR: CIV Init FAILED, exiting
With GOG version - same problem
Win 7 64b, everything is up to date
Steam overlay off, running as admin, windows xp sp 2/sp 3 compatibility - same problem
Integrity of game files checked
"Running original beta" option - same problem
Any suggestions?
