Can't load games in 3.19 - XML error?

I have a dual install of Civ4 so that I can play games with two different patches (3.17 and 3.19). Have never had any issues with this. However, just now I'm getting an error and can't seem to load any games in 3.19. (3.17 seems to be fine.)

The error message that comes up when I double click a single-player save to load it is:

"LoadXML call failed for Misc/CIV4WaterPlaneInfos.xml."

The game then exits.

Please help, I'm not sure what the heck is going on!

Hmm, I restarted my computer and the issue seems to have fixed itself. Very odd, I'm not sure what went on there.
