Can't load save game

I just downloaded the save game, and tried to load it. It gives me an error that says, "The save file you have selected is protected to ensure that the assets in your mod folder have not been changed."

Is there something I need to do to open it? I had made changes to the ini before the patch, but to the best of my experience, they were all switched back when I installed the patch.

There's a rather long thread in this forum already, with discussions of various techniques players have used to deal with this, and for some it's still an ongoing issue. I suggest you read the thread and see if there are any pointers for you there.
