Can't load saved files from other users

I'm trying to open saved files from game of the month with no success .
the games is stuck on" waiting to load " after the speaking description of the game.
I had no problem last month.
Is that related to windows user having a new version ?

If the version is higher than the one you have, you can't play the saved game.
This is mainly because it might use new DLC in the saved game.
It could also happen if the saved game uses different mods that you don't have.
