Can't Locate files

I have installed the Civilization IV: Gold Edition today, but I can't seem to locate any files. I can play the game, but if I want to get a scenario from this site, I couldn't because I can't find any of the files (as I said before). They are not in Firaxis Games, and according to the Load Games, they appear to be located in "My Games" where is this folder?

Start Menu---> Documents---> My Games.

This is the path if you are using Vista. (not sure if it's the same for XP)

Thank you, and now for for the $10^10^100 Question: Why are are pretty much all the folders seem to be devoid of files? (Though I can still play Civ4)
