Before the last hotfix there were no problems playing civ5 in the off-line mode.
From memory, Steam got updated itself before the hotfix was installed
and now Steam isn't even loaded after booting up the computer.
I can only play civ5 after logging in (on-line) with the Steam account for verification.
Anyone?
