Can't play Online - Retrieving Host Information (Epic Games)

Hello guys!
I downloaded civ 6 (via epic) with some friends but we couldn't get into the same game together. Does anyone know what may be happening? Whenever we try it appears on the screen "getting information from the host".

I cannot participate in multiplayer games.
I got the game for free from epic games.
I gave Norton permission to let the game go through.
I have port forward the ports:

• TCP: 27015-27030,27036-27037
• UDP: 4380,27000-27031,27036

Did I miss something? what should I do? Please help me

Same problem here man, i can't join to any session on multiplayer, allways appears on the screen "getting information from the host" and then there is an error
