Can't rename unit with 1.52 ???

I used to click on a unit's name to rename it, doesn't work anymore ...what's up with that ?

I have the same problem and I can't find a solution anywhere, or even confirmation it's a known bug in 1.52.

I'd be glad to hear if anyone can help?

It works for me in v1.52. Maybe it's a situational problem.

Gotta admit it's baffling me! Seems very strange that everything else works ok apart from this.

So you just click on the unit name & you get a popup or something, right?

Well I emailed Take 2 Support to ask them about this problem. This is what I sent:

Hi,

Several people on the forums are saying that you are able to rename units by clicking the unit name in the bottom left window, but this doesn't do anything for me?!

- Should I be able to rename units?
- Is there an alternative to clicking, i.e. hotkey I can try?
- Can you help me fix this problem?

Unfortunatly there is no option in civilisation Iv that unless you use a
editor functinality which we don't support.
