Can't start new game

I can't start new game even with small continent map (civ 6 default setting).
I have tried with the latest 6.3.3 version on GitHub or 6.2 on civfanatics.
Only ynamp is enabled.
Please help solve this problem, thanks a lot!

I didn't notice that fix before. I check the log, founding the Aztec dlc and Poland dlc cause problem for me.
Now I decide to disable all dlc except R&R, the game will have minimum conflict from now on.
