This mod removes the possibility of permananet wars, in the defines the possibility for wars to be permanent are very high. I just set all to 0. You will still get the same amount of wars and long wars but no permanent wars. To keep wars alive longer I instead doubled the minimum time length of wars. This helps the game balance as the chance for warmonger to end up in permanent wars are default very high, if next to each other its 100%.

Changes in version 1.

-The percentage chance of permanent wars are all set to 0
-Minimum length of wars set to 20 (Default 10)
 
Can we please add some kind of war weariness (esp. for the aggressor):
- the simplest method would probably be to add unhappy people if war lasts > xxx turns
- but since one strategy is just to ignore unhappiness there should probably be some other penalty, maybe production/science/gold/food - xxx %

The biggest problem would probably be to make the A.I. recognize that feature, so that it actually makes peace in order to avoid the consequences.

I would love to, its beyond my cababilites I am afraid. We need some serious LUA changes for that.
