Can anyone give us a primer on how to manage Sceens and Widgets in Civ4?
I am working on a combined mod and I am concerned that some of the mods could be introduce memory leaks by not handling successive calls to the same screen properly. (Either in their original form or through ignore people like myself make minor changes.
