Caught the AI Cheating

I had a great pic of an AI cheating and my Fsscreen wasn't working. aaarrrggghhhh!!!

One cavalry took my workers and then turned and attacked my cav in the city. I hit print screen as fast as I could but without fss, it was lost the next time I hit the button.

ah well, one of these days we will catch them and get the pics to prove it.

You can do that too. You can capture a worker then attack, but you can't attack then capture a worker (unless your unit has Blitz). I think the capture uses a movement point, but I'm not 100% sure.

Since when? It certainly didn't happen in Vanilla and I haven't tried it in Complete. Reminds me of why an elephant can be kept on a little chain and a peg.

I've only played Conquests, and I've done what Bartleby suggested--capture workers, then attack. As he said, you can't attack first, then take workers, even if you have movement points left. Not sure what the logic on this is. I am not sure if capturing workers takes a whole movement point, if the workers are on roads that are in your territory, but I haven't checked this carefully

Since Conquests came out. VC3 and PTW capturing took away the attack potential, but in C3C it does not. Unless, as stated, you've already attacked.
