I agree that it would have been better if the accused did file a few JRs instead of a CC, but that was not done. And there is no changing the past, all we can do is correct this for the future.
And I like to add my thanks to you, Judge Advocate, for a job well done. Your case was well presented and argued. It was a nice exercise to create my counter arguements. Hopefully it didn't anger/upset you, nothing was intended to do that. I quite enjoyed our (brief) debate on the matters!
