CEP 3.2.1 Mint Bug

The Mint currently says:

Science: +1 from Jungle
Can build Archeologists
Requires: Library


Also: The University still says 2 Science from Jungle and the Research Lab does not give Science to Jungles.

The tag on the university text in the text file says mint.
Should be this.

Mint should still say +2 gold on metals in the text and effect gems also.

Thanks for bringing it up. I fixed it for v3.2.2.

This is why I really need to get the automatic tooltip writer working again. Firaxis' method of manually writing every tooltip is tedious, bad for translations, and easy to mess up.
