I would recommend making calendar picture for each month with different themes each having different members fitted in.

Can I make a suggestion? Perfection's head is upside down. You should try drawing it more or less like this:

I'd feel a bit guilty to deny them.

Will edit in as they are guessed correctly. I suppose it would be nice for others if you also posted where you believe the portraits to be
