CFC-Nation

I've not yet added CivWorld because of my general suspicion of facebook applications. I've never played Civ competitively, further increasing my hesitation to join up. I would be considerably more enthusiastic if there was a nation composed of CFC member's city-states, however. Is there any interest or effort in creating CFC-only countries? If there is, perhaps we can create a roster of CFC and facebook screennames.

I still don't believe there is any way to joins friends games, beyond just 'dumb luck' at this iteration of the game. Which really creates a lack of meta-strategy. I think I /might/ enjoy the game more if you could 'host' your own games and play with with a group of friends and/or outsiders.
