I've got a couple
I liked the blitz idea so i figgure: Blitzkreig- 200 turns till time victory, tech reserch x3, production costs at 1/2 (including wonders and hero units) all victory conditions exept time. altar and mabye tower should remain the same, movement for all units at half as well as increased barb activity and AI arggresiveness increased.
The Hunted- start with an axeman but can't settle capture or diplo for 50 (mabye less) turns, probably with weaker barbs but spawing from the start
Groundhog day- At the start of each turn there is a 2% chance for a complete reversial of what you did last turn, units move backwards, recently producted units go back to being one turn till completion, cities turn back to original owners and killed units are revived. the AI would continue to behave normaly, basically getting an extra turn
Murphy's law- all units are dammaged in battle no matter what. for example a warrior could attack a phlanax, the warrior would die but the phlanax would be automaticly dammaged at least 0.1
Rolling in your grave- all units killed respawn as half strengh barbs with no promotions
All for one- All members of a religon are in a PA untill they switch religons
Vassalize or bust- the only options for form peace are capitulation or vassalization
Copycat- all unique units and buldings are buildable exept for your civs'
