Change keyboard shortcuts?

My laptop (like most) doesn't have a number pad and it's really annoying to hold the "fn" key down when I want to move a unit. Is there any way to remap the move keys?

unfortunately the shortcuts are coded in some of the game files and it looks like it requires some extensive code change to change the shortcuts

my laptop has a numLOCK function i thought all laptops have that, but you could try to
1) create an autohotkey script (QWE-AD-ZXC) - also see http://www.autohotkey.com/docs/misc/Remap.htm
2) or use an external usb numpad.
