Changing Human-Controlled Civ

Hello, I apologize if this topic has been brought up before, but I was wondering if there was a key combination or technique that you could select which civilization to control in the game. It would be similar to the High-to-Low game option where as you reach the highest score you switch to the civilization with the lowest score automatically. I was looking around in the BTS Mods folder and found a document that mentions it is
Ctrl-Alt-L, but that combination had no results.

I believe you need to also set the cheatcode line in the config file for BtS (a shortcut is located in the main BeyondtheSword folder) to 'chipotle' (without the ' s) before that hotkey combo works. Should be generic to all BtS applications.
