Changing Leader Names to Civ Names in Right Hand Display

I don't like seeing the leader names, rather than the Civilization names, in the power-ranking "box" on the right side of the game screen. Is there anyway to change these, to mod them, so that it shows the civilization names instead of leader names? I'd rather see "Roman Empire:998" instead of "Caesar:998"

Anyone know of a way to do this?
