Changing Leaderheads

Hey everyone, this is my first post here, I've been playing Civ 3 for about 8 years. I've just recently started to use the editing features, and I was wondering if I could get a little help on changing a leaderhead. I'm not adding a leaderhead, I'm simply trying to change the Magyars LH in the Middle Ages Conquest from Caesar to Henry. I've gone into the PediaIcons text file and I've been able to change it so that the Magyars icon in the Civilopedia is Henry, and I also have successfully changed it so that a picture of Henry is the LH on the foreign advisor screen. The only thing I'm having trouble with is changing the LH for in-game diplomacy. Whenever I contact the Magyars, Caesar is the LH. I've searched through the text file, and I don't see any place where the Magyars still have any connection to Caesar, and I wasn't able to find anything on this site that was directly applicable to this. Anyone know what's wrong?

The .flc files are specified in the editor under the 'Civilizations' tab.

...and they are typed in as "Flics" there... Art\Flics\name
