Changing the Default City Names Lists

I'm not sure if this has already been posted (I have tried to search for it) but I was wondering if anyone knew how to access the default city name lists and edit them.

There are a few changes I want to make for personal tatstes (Bombay and Madras changed to Mumbai and Chennai, Lyons and Rheims changed to Lyon and Reims, etc.)

Can anyone help?

Go to the Civ 4 directory and find Assets/XML/Civilizations. Double click on CIV4CivilizationInfos.xml, find the civ and the names, and remember to keep an underscore between words. Second: go to Assets/XML/Text and click on CIV4GameTextInfos_Cities.xml and find the names you changed and change them there too.
