A Jewish Holy City has been spotted Interested about the early game, here

I was thinking about that too. Thought about a Polytheism + Monotheism + Pyramids start, but can't seem to get Judaism if I get Polytheism. Would've been nice to get Theology after and go for a cultural victory. Maybe Hagia even helps here.


The other thought that popped up my head today was - what if I leaned into religious auto-spread and forego Monarchy? What if we skipped building a new metropolis and consider Alphabet as a necessary tech on the way to Astronomy in no tech trade scenarios?

Astro - down to 840 AD, could be 800 AD. Faster than my 960 AD one, but this one ends up not having a metropolis... not sure if worth it.
