Charlemagne - Supportrains build by AI?

Playing on Emperor, the AI seems (if anything) to build too many of them. Unless ... :scan: ...are their effects cumulative? If so, then that explains their having 4 in one offensive stack.

Hm. Seems the AI doesn't use them perfectly maybe something in python can be done to restrict the use of them to 1 per tile.
