How strong AI do you like to play against?

It fails at naval warfare, cause it doesn't build enough ships. I'm trying to fix that.
this is true -- but having been around this mod for many years, we've seen efforts to encourage AI to build more naval only to fail at having enough land units when it needs 'em. Historically, it wasn't common for all nations to have large navies at any one time, so there current paradigm is acceptable to my thematic sensibilities. I and others have approached this problem from the angle of attempting to modify rules and create systems that are more suitable to interesting gameplay in the water.

Thanks! I've never interacted with such a complex project, I must be careful. There's a looot of interactions in the code - a civ can be in a naval war, but adopts a strategy that increases land unit prod. more than naval. But it simultaneously uses a strat encouraging naval units because it has less ships than reccommeded according to a function. And there's another function that strengthens that naval strat based on how many naval units below recommeded AI has etc.
