One complaint I have about map generation in Civ 6 is that the forest tiles too often have a "checkerboard" pattern, with rainforest (jungle) and regular forest (woods) alternating side by side. Here's a screenshot to show an example:
Wouldn't it make more sense if the two types of forest were bunched together, rather than being interspersed? The way it's done now doesn't seem realistic to me, and it also hinders gameplay, making it more difficult to find good adjacencies for holy sites and campuses. Does this bother anyone else?
