China causes crash at turn 255

Pressing next turn will crash during China's move.

Using IGE to kill China will prevent the crash and allow the turn to be competed. However, it still crashes if all unites are deleted.

Going back to an earlier autosave still resorted in a crash, so I think it is related to some sort of threshold for China.

GK and BNW
Happens in both DirectX 9 and 10/11
Video options are all low setting with VSynch off
