Hi All,
I've recently purchased the Rise and Fall expansion for Mac. I have all available DLC mods installed, and no other community mods installed.
I notice that China's Dynastic Cycle ability is not working. The techs and civics, when boosted, remain at the 40% mark instead of the 50% mark.
I'm attaching two screenshots as evidence. For the civics screenshot, note the Nationalism civic, as I researched a little of Civil Engineering and Opera and Ballet already.
If there's anyone who can point me to a technician or is able to help, please do let me know. Many thanks.
