The Dominion will plan to claim Cuba instead of the West Indies. We need a Caribean province. If the Americans continue to threaten us with nukes then we set request to other human nations to reguard the USA and RSA as much as a threat as the Super Drones. To say the Caribean is non negotiable is a sign of stupidy in the light of the drones.
Anyrate: we welcome the RSA to London for the meeting. However we will not surrender our plans to claim a Caribean province. The RSA has New Zealand, the Dominion will have Cuba.
Also: may the USA please apoligise to the citizens of London for their threat? Your appearing as genozidal as the Super Drones!

...we remind the USA we can convert our IC into making anti-USA nukes if they want to play that most dangerous of games. However since we are civilized and do not wish to kill off your populations we will instead focus on food power. We feed our people instead of building nukes to threaten fellow humans with. Who is the Nazi power: the ones of order or the USA with its nuclear genozidal plans against London?

I do not beleive this: your threatening to kill of the populations of Paris and London, as well as the surrounding areas, over Cuba?!
I do not beleive I have to do this... we set a suggestion to the Order to come in on this issue, as well as Kazakhstan. We want Cuba, not the genozide of Lond and Paris by the USA. However we also beleive that letting the USA get away with this threatening stance is premature. We hence condem the USA as war criminals untill they declare they will not use nukes and request the President hands power to a more mentally stable figure in the American goverment. The Drones could exploit the USA easilly...

AS the USA have specifically stated they are willing to wait until the end of the meeting between our 2 countries leaders before opening hostilities (excluding verbal ones), it would be more prudent to attempt to use that to solve it, before bringing in outside people. As this is a rather disturbing matter, it is rather urgent that this happens sooner rather than later.

...the point was to have the Dominion claim a province in the Caribean. We are not the ones threatening nukes and Cuba is currently unclaimed.
I tell you what: if the Dominion attacks the USA itself or the USA attacks the Dominion then the Order will step in against the one who attacked first? Simple but fair and will not bow to stupid arguments. The Dominion wants one, not two, three or four, provinces to the South West of the British Isles. That is all: one. One is too small a number to go war over.
As for the meeting... we look forward to it.

...the Dominion is not the stupid force here. We do not threaten to kill millions over a province as the Americans are doing. How can we fight the Super Drones if the USA nukes a fellow human power?
