City fliping to you through culture

In my game yesterday a size 10 city flipped to me through culture. I did not think that a city of that size would actually do that, no matter how far it was from its capital.

What is the largest city, which never belonged to you, that you have seem flip to your side?

Veii, the Roman's second city flipped to me when it was size 14! This was on a standard map and the Romans were completely surrounded by my Greek civ. They were then left with just Rome which was size 19 and had no access to the outside world as I kept destroying the roads to Rome. Ha!

My very own pet Roman city.....aaaaaah.... ain't he cute?

No, I say at this point that Culture Flipping is braindead, unrealistic, and asinine and I despise it.
