City names also display civ name

I've seen a couple people's posts with screenshots that show thier city name bars also display the civilization name... does anyone know how to get this?

in you pref. I think it is color blind help. turn that on and it should work.

Yes, it is the color blind help. Makes it easier for me to determine at a glance what city belongs to what civ. Sometimes the colors get a little too close.
