City Placement

Question: When Creating a Scenario, how do I place the Cities where I want them?
I have looked Everywhere for this info, to No avail. Prolly something Simple too
Any Help would be appriciated

Use the cheatmenu to create a settler, then build the city with that.
The city's size, improvements, etc can then be edited...

But how is it possible to place other civs cities?
I tried to, but every time it went a turn forward and the AI sploiled everything...

In the cheat menu, you can set human player - when done with one civ, set human player to the next color. Then you will start the next move as that civ. Add settlers and edit, repeat.

Make sure you have the always wait at end of turn game option turned on. That makes switching tribes much easier.

U can use shift+D to destroy them, too... just in case you repent of the chosen place.

A tip: download Civcity from this site's database. This useful utility will allow you to quickly modify city' sturctures, size and trade goods.

Ctrl+Shift+D destroys all units in the selected square.
