City tilesets

Hi there, sorry if this has been written anyway but I can find no mention of it.

Does Rise from Erebus feature unique civ city tilesets like Fall Further?

Or does it depend on your religion like vanilla FFH?

i think there are unique civ tilesets, since this mod is based on fall further
