I meant to say that CivI game I have now, is factory sealed not unwrapped.

First thing's first, this is a forum for discussing the game, not an online retailer. Making more threads about this is pointless...

Civ I is far from unavailable, you should just look at sites that carry it and figure the price out yourself. Ebay has some boxed copies for about $20, f.ex.
