Civ 3 Time Limit

is there any way to play a game forever, like untill 100% of the population is under your control. Is there a way to do this is either random game or by making a map.

You could just play through the victory notice... It surprises me how many people gripe about this. Surely you would have won before the game was over?

Anyways, in the editor, you can set the domination limit to 100% and the time limit to 1000 turns compared to the "normal" 540.
