Every time I load up Civ V, the game crashes. It started yesterday (I don't know if there's been an recently - I should have probably paid more attention. I think I updated Steam recently).
There's a rather long error report that pops up once it has crashed - I'll save posting it for now since it's long (but I can pop it up if required). I picked some of the specs out from the report though - I'm running Mac OS X 10.7.4 on a MacBook Pro, Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz, 4 GB Memory, Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 320M, NVIDIA GeForce 320M, PCI, 256 MB.
The game will open up but then what happens varies. Sometimes it just goes straight away, sometimes it will open up, show the company logos, and then strangely (considering I turned it off in settings) flash up the opening cinematic for a second before going to a loading screen (where it promptly crashes) - I checked on something I saw before, about making sure it's disabled in a text file somewhere, and it is.
The first time I managed to get to loading a previous game before it crashed, but since then I haven't been able to get to the main menu.
Sorry for the long post, but there we go. That's hopefully everything about the problem for now - just wondering if it's something that's happening to a lot of people, or if it's something on my end?
