Civ 6 Season Pass?

I just checked the Civ 6 page on Steam. (There is currently a 33% discount on both normal and deluxe version but not on the DLCs.)

Civ 6 : ca 40 Euro
Civ 6 Deluxe : ca 53 Euro
All DLCs : ca. 38 Euro

What I miss is a Season Pass or a way to upgrade to Digital Deluxe version. (Civ 6 is now out for a little bit more than 1 year.)

If you do not own Civ 6 and buy the Deluxe bundle now, you pay 40 Euro for the base game and 13 Euro for the DLCs.

If you own only the base game, you pay 38 Euro for the DLCs.

If you already own the Deluxe version, you are fine.

Cheapskates (like me) are hoping on the steam winter sale to get DLCs.

They want us to get impatient and pay full price for the DLC.

I finally gave in and bought the latest DLC last night, figuring that the first four are most likely to get a good discount later this year. So I guess their plan is working, at least on a very small scale...

Yeah, I wish I could pay for a DD upgrade. When it was first announced, I ran my numbers and figured that the 20 bucks it would cost wouldn't really be much of a discount from the DLC individually, and I was right. But then since they added in 2 new packs, that would definitely have changed my mood.

Now that we have seen consistently good DLC content (unlike in Civ V), I regret not buying the DDE. If they had a season pass for year two including the expansion and further DLC, I would now choose to buy it.
