Temple of Artemis (21) - On deity, Temple of Artemis is the best ancient era in the game ever since the pyramids and oracle became impossible to get. Growth is very good in the early game and ToA gives you everything you need to grow without penalty. In a domination game, having your capital with a encampment, government plaza, and campus within 50-60 turns is very powerful.

Mahabodhi Temple (17) - Can't see this would ever helpful in a domination game (in fairness this applies to a lot of the wonders on this list). Spreading religion is useless in a domination game and 4 faith is nothing by the time you can build this.

GGB - maybe shouldn’t be first go out, but it’s close. It’s a pretty paltry amenity bonus, and while canals are awesome, 1 tile bridges aren’t as useful.

Stonehenge - Difficult to get on high difficulty, but not completely impossible. You could make a play for crusade.

Terracotta Army(24) [23+1] The promotions are guaranteed to be useful, and - contrary to earlier comment - work for all units, too, not just the land ones. If finished halfway through an invasion, it can massively turn things around.

Mausoleum at Halicarnassus(21) (20 + 1) Maus gives +1 science, +1 culture and +1 faith on all coastal tiles within the city. Maus is available fairly early as well, within the same tier as Great Library in fact. A well placed Maus can give quite a lot of science over the course of the session, and culture and faith are still very important for domination. The additional charge for Great Engineers is nice to have, but not nearly as relevant for domination as the yields.

Sydney Opera House(2) (5 - 3) Might as well get SOH out of the way. It's way too late to be of any use for domination, and it is primarily focused on music, which is not useful for domination.

Alhambra(22) [21+1] Love the flexibility it gives you when it comes to government choices (tier 2 especially) and it should be trivial to grab if you're going for a domination game. Not the best one out, maybe, but certainly up there.

There's also the extra Culture, which helps when you are spending most of your time building Military Units instead of things related to Culture.

Stonehenge(12) - an early production sink at a time when in a dom game you should be building up your first army. Though religion can be useful for domination, the most helpful beliefs (Work Ethic, Crusade) tend not to go early to the AI anyway, so there is really no reason to rush to be the first religion even if you do want to incorporate religion into your game.

Temple of Artemis(22) - one of my personal favorite wonders for any victory type. For dom, you're probably only settling a small number of cities yourself (and capturing the rest), so may as well make one of your first cities a super-city. Plus if the map shakes out right the amenity bonus can support your war-mongering for a long time.

Mostly spreading out my upvotes at this time, but will try to cull the list a bit more with my downvotes :p

Big Ben(21) (20 + 1) Big Ben gives a huge lump of gold when built, and also grants a yellow slot. Being able to build up and maintain an army often requires a large amount of gold and production, and economic policies often cover gold and production boosts. Science boosting policies are generally economic as well. Big Ben itself isn't available early on, but the additional yellow slot is still nice to have at any point of the game.

Hermitage(5) (8 - 3) The Hermitage is a culture focused wonder, but doesn't do much for domination. It also comes very late in the session. Has about the same usefulness as Sydney Opera House, but comes a little earlier.

Taj Mahal(21+1) This wonder is useful to chain Golden Ages. Golden Ages helps with loyalty.
Hermitage(5-3) The only reason to build it is to avoid a Dark Age in the Dramatic Age Mode. I seldom build it even when aiming to a cultural victory.

Statue of Liberty(15) 18-3 Although this would be the perfect wonder to capture, I think building an entire wonder to keep a few cities loyal is kinda overkill. While it may be a desperation maneuver if you hit a dark age, you're still better just investing in more army.

Stonehenge(12)
Taj Mahal(22)
Temple of Artemis(23) 22+1 Amenities early on can and will ruin early attempts at domination especially if you're trying to war in a dark/normal age. Also having your capital be big makes life a lot easier for the loyalty pressure and overwhelming tendency of the AI to settle in your face in higher difficulties. Also it comes at archery, so the tech path is like never a detour.
