Civ Add-on/Expansion Pack Ideas

Didn't have time to read 550 posts, so here are my two cents, sorry if am copying someone.

1.
I would like a feature like international armes trade. You can offer your surplus weapons to other civs.

2. Upgrade possibilities, a sort of limited workshop. Example, you can research upgrades for units like the paratrooper. So you can make them land and attack on the same time, ur upgrade his defense offense power.

3. rescources trading. You can buy rescources that you are already have, but if you but them you can become the monoplist.

Multiplayer... thats all I think I need for the moment, I would love to fight all you guys.

I don;t know if this was mentioned before. If it was, please forgive me I wasn't gonna read 30 pages.

I would like to see a "Go to Nearest City" command. Clicking it would send a unit to the closest city that belonged to it.

29. rivers have 3 sizes, small like the rio grade, medium like the missis shipy , or larg like the rhine, each with a defrent combat atvantage.

30.the ability to use chemical whepions that might cuse the enamy to retereat, go in to suspition[ a state wher it cannot defend its self makeing a free kill] , or hurting the atacked unit.. the gas can afaect stacted units

31. a biological whepons unit that can not only do as gas can do but spread amung units for ex. one units is afeted and later moves to a difrent area and meets up with anither unit the desias can spred to the unit it made caontack with or if it moves into a city some of the citys ppl can die from diseis

I see that being able to build canals is already listed -
Here are some other items that I would like to be able to do...

FLAGS / CUSTOMIZED SET-UP - incorporating the flags of the various countries involved in the game... In addition, having the ability to name the AI players - for example, changing England to Great Britain or America to United States and using their appropriate flags instead of the cartoon picture representative. It would be nice to set-up a game using the various countries of Europe - Great Britain, Ireland, France, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Holland, Belgium, Germany, etc. instead of having to choose the Aztecs or Zulu's, etc.

STOCK MARKET - this one is a longshot, but since they have incorporated a stock market into the new PTW edition, it would be nice to be able to use this stock market in a rudimentary sense. For example, once your nation has created the stock market, you may choose to invest some money into any of the other nations stock markets - that country may even be able to use the money for their own use. Depending upon whether that country increases its net worth (or some other factor), you may profit or lose money on your investment, but it would cause you to have a greater interest in that countries success or failure.

MANAGING POLLUTION - it would be nice to have workers stationed in a given city be directed to focus on cleaning up polluted areas as they occur without being manually sent there... once complete, they would return to the city to which they were based... just something that would help decrease one of the more tedious items of the game.
 
When the AI countries have an extra resource, it would be nice to have them put the item out for a private bidding - you submit what you are willing to offer and the highest bid wins.

You can bid on resources that you already possess in order to keep them away from a rival, buy a resouce and provide it to an ally, or keep it just in case your domestic supply suddenly is depleted.
 
Military ranking
Eg after 3 victorys a warrior may become a captain, allowing a small army, that army may win 3 battles and the captain could be come a colonel. or something along those lines
 
King_lewis deadlock is great, there aren't many games where you have to deal with the resources and the man power to build something, a system like this would let that caravan rushing from civ2 make sense. it makes sense you can't build the great wall in one turn, you can get all the stone there but it still takes many worker*years to finish... like in reality!
but lowering the resoloution like that is probably a bad idea, too big of a change, you'd have to de-abstract so many aspects of the game.

custonisable, rewirtable, fixable or perhaps an "intilligence" that can actually LEARN something from time to time?:rant: mainly I want to be able to fix the workers and the rival's but much more than that would be better...
