I do have a question though, for Cabbage civilizations, I know in the 16 color version of civ, let's you do a custom tribe name, but the 256 color doesn 't, is it a custom tribe? Or photo shop?

No photoshop or anything like that. When the Pick your tribe screen comes up, move the cursor over one of the tribes (civilisations) and press Escape. That lets you rename your tribe. Cabbages, Vampires, Zombies, anything you like as long as the name isn't too long...
