civ conquest art unit not found the game will now exit

When playing scenario middle age bug art unit knight unit knight not found the game will now exit. Why ??? somebody help me please!!!

Try reinstalling the game. This is the first I have heard of this.

I"ve downloaded custom maps and I've had files left out during extraction, which then would exit the game if I tried to load the map, but I've never had an art file problem with installation. The game probably missed a file during installation, I'd just reinstall the game.
