Just finished this trainer (in-game cheat program) for Civ III, and thought I'd pass it around. It basically does two things: 1) gives the player control over all treasuries 2) gives the player control over the production in all cities. My favorite feature is the Enemy List, which automatically ruins the production in each city of the selected tribes each turn. Great for controlling their expansion early on.
download, unzip, and run Setup.exe. For instructions read the PowerBar.txt file. Enjoy, and forward questions to me at crsadrjoe@earthlink.net. Thanks... Joe
