Civ III Toons?

I played some RTS games, and we made humoristic toons, from the screenshot in the game. How about doing soemthign like this here?

I think he's merely suggesting we do something like that.

But at least, he shld show us an example. I have no idea what's a toon supposed to be like.

It's only a suggestion! He didn't put up an example because he hasn't done any yet. It seemed to be just a proposal that he may have done had anyone responded positively. Mind you, why he didn't just look at the similar thread further down by Minuteman which he actually replied to eek:) after it was moved to Civ 3 General Discussions is beyond me.
