Civ IV in the UK too....

So France and Italy DO have the game? I didn't hear anything about that apart from here...

Well people have been getting it around here today. So yes, I do wonder why they don't go ahead and ship it already. I'll probably go back to my old, somewhat more expensive, but far better service shops.

Germany, France, Italy, Austria, some spots in the Netherlands today, Belgium even with the big strike going on... but not the UK. It might be trouble at the production plant, but I doubt it since thread starter was lucky enough to acquire a copy.
 
Amazon.fr has the release date as November 3rd... IS it released in France yet? Or only in a very few places?
 
But is it actually in France, because I haven't actually heard any first hand accounts of someone in France with the game. Or any specific reports at all TBH.

I have been banned from the computer as it is a weekend of doing 'her things'

I see... well then that's pretty crap... but mostly strange. Very very strange. Because I can't see how anyone could benefit from that. I mean, AOE3 is out on the 4th November and that'll be in almost direct competition with Civ IV
